On 29 April, intraHouse took part in an event held at the Spanish Embassy in Oslo as part of a wider mission to foster stronger business links between Norway and Spain, with a focus on Gran Canaria.
Selected by the authorities of Gran Canaria as an example of a Norwegian company doing great things successfully on this Spanish island, intraHouse CEO André Eidskrem, presented our story to the Norwegian companies that attended.
The audience heard how we chose Gran Canaria for a number of reasons, including the rich pool of highly qualified tech talent, the island’s excellent infrastructure including technology parks, its important strategic location with easy access to everywhere in the world, and, its affordability.
André was keen to stress to the Norwegian companies present that establishing a base on Gran Canaria, or one of the other islands, is a great way to scale and go global, probably more affordably than any other Western country.
