On Wednesday 28 August 2019, the Executive Growth Alliance (EGA) – a membership organization that accelerates business leaders’ future-readiness through collaboration and application of insights to real-world challenges and opportunities for innovation from Silicon Valley, Norway and the world – will host its Get Future Ready Now Summit in Oslo at the EpiCenter and announce its partnership with intraHouse and the adoption of intra.work as its preferred social business platform. About intra.work

Made in Norway by our team in Ålesund, the new SaaS solution intra.work, is an intranet and extranet platform. intra.work is a social platform that keeps all business management and communication in one, safe place in the cloud, accessible via a desktop and iOS and Android apps.

intra.work – think Workplace meets LinkedIn meets Slack, only with greater flexibility including single sign on for all groups, communities, companies and chapters, and the possibility to check compliance with the UN SDGs and GDPR – is already the preferred choice of forward thinking organizations who recognize the value and importance of a private and flexible online environment.

About EGA and the Get Future Ready Now Summit

EGA, with its proven Silicon Valley-style Power of Peers collaboration process, will welcome about business leaders from transportation, smart environment, industry, consumer and health sectors in Norway, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, the US and South Africa.

The Get Future Ready Now Summit offers inspirational thought leadership from Thomas Anglero, Director of Innovation, IBM Norway; Leo Bottary, entrepreneur, author of ‘Power of Peers’ and ‘What Anyone Can Do’, Chris Kutarna, Oxford Fellow, co-author of ‘Age of Discovery’ and Bente Engesland, CEO BCW.

EGA is empowered by Next Step – a Silicon Valley-based global firm which led Adobe, Autodesk, LiveNation, CDW and other companies’ business transformation.  Membership of the EGA accelerates business future-readiness through leaders’ participation in Executive Growth Forums with other (peer) executives from non-competing companies; matching and collaboration with thought leaders in Silicon Valley, London, TelAviv and global connections through the Get Future Ready Summit, debuting in Oslo on 28 August.

During the Get Future Ready Now Summit, executives from diverse industries will work together in round table discussions to address questions such as:

  • What is the best organizational structure and approach for digital solution development?
  • How can a leader drive culture change across the organization?
  • Ways to avoid Dead Pilot Syndrome
  • How can we really leverage customer data in a world of GDPR?
  • How can executive KPIs enhance future-ready organizational success?
  • What Business Models and distribution relationships are needed for future-readiness?

Each group of 6-10 executives will address one or more of these questions while applying the insights gained through the keynotes from Chris Kutarna, Leo Bottary, Thomas Angerlo to real cases shared by EGA members.

In true EGA spirit, all Summit participants will be inspired by the final “Take Action Now” session in which the results of each case are shared with specific takeaways and plans to implement the insights from the round table discussions.

This will be followed by a reception to celebrate the global EGA launch with members from Oslo, Silicon Valley, New York, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Cape Town and TelAviv from 17:00 – 18:30 at Epicenter Oslo.

We hope to see you there on Wednesday!
