We are very grateful for the nomination, and hoping that this can go along with to set a spotlight for our solutions for the mobile phone and PDA.

Rosing award is named after Fredrik Rosing Bull. The building engineer Rosing Bull, studied at Kristiania Technical School in 1907, became a technical inspector in the insurance company Storebrand in 1916.

There he became interested in punched card technology, and took his task to develop his own punched card machine.

IN 1919, his patent application existed , and in 1921, he had an acting machine.

The finalists will be announced on 13^th of November, and on 24^th of November the awards will be donated under the year's greatest IT- event Rosing 2003 ( see :Rosing.net ).
